How to get started . . . |
|
Begin by indicating to Dr. Heleniak your interest in anesthesia
services. Then he will begin the process of evaluating you to
access your individual needs for your indicated dental procedures
and set an appointment for your treatment. He may need to consult
with your medical doctors and order blood tests, electrocardiogram
or other tests prior to treatment. Certain medication may need to
be prescribed to take prior to your appointment. |

What will it cost? |
|
Traditionally, dental anesthesia patients had their treatment done in the hospital, at a very expensive rate. Today, they are able to receive the same anesthesia care in the comfort of their own dentist's office, at an affordable rate.
Fees and payment options will be discussed in advance. The fee includes the entire professional services, as well as supplies. Factors that determine the cost of anesthesia include the type of procedure, total time of anesthesia, patients medical risk category, age, and if the procedure is an emergency. Some insurance policies may cover anesthesia for dental services. |
